Our Services
Performing Procedures With Care
You may qualify for placement of dental implants at the same time as the removal of your tooth, which can significantly reduce the recovery timeline.
Dental implants require a good foundation of jaw bone. Bone loss can result from dental infection or missing teeth. Bone grafting can regenerate lost bone.
Dental implants can be placed into your cheekbone if you lack bone in your upper jaw to anchor a loose-fitting denture.
Our surgeons provide excellent oral surgery with anesthesia care for patients of all ages, including young children, and teenagers.
Surgical intervention can restore form and function if your jaw is misaligned, causing a bad bite.
All-On-4® Treatment Concept

“Both the nurse and the doctor did an excellent job of helping me understand what the procedure was going to be. Everyone in the office is so supportive and cheerful that the prep went very smoothly. Following the procedure I had very little to no discomfort.” – B.L.
“Both experiences were absolutely phenomenal. The staff at the Upland office is very caring and friendly – both the front office staff and the nurses in post-op were so so so kind and fun to talk to and made us both feel safe and explained post-op instructions with a lot of patience and made sure we understood.” – E.D.
Long-Lasting Pain Relief Without Opioid Pain Medications
Exparel® is a long lasting, numbing medication injected at the oral surgery site that provides pain control for up to 72 hours and eliminates the need for strong and addictive opioid pain medications. It is recommended to use in oral surgery procedures such as third molar extractions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Oral surgeons perform surgical extractions, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, sinus lift procedures, and corrective jaw treatments. Each procedure is carefully planned using diagnostic imaging and medical evaluation.
Oral surgery is generally safe when performed by trained professionals using sterile techniques, detailed treatment planning, and appropriate anaesthesia protocols tailored to each patient’s health condition.
Sedation options may include local anaesthesia, oral sedation, or intravenous sedation. Patient safety is prioritised through careful health assessment and continuous monitoring during procedures.
Wisdom teeth are typically removed when impacted, infected, painful, or causing crowding. Early evaluation helps prevent future complications and protects surrounding teeth.
Recovery varies by procedure complexity. Minor extractions may heal within days, while grafting or advanced surgeries require longer healing periods and follow-up evaluations.
Bone grafting restores lost jawbone structure using biocompatible materials. It strengthens the foundation for future implants and improves overall oral stability.
Some patients are referred by general dentists, while others schedule consultations directly. A referral is not always required for evaluation at Inland Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Preparation may include reviewing medications, following fasting instructions, arranging transportation if sedation is used, and receiving detailed pre-operative guidance from our team.
Most patients require short recovery periods depending on the procedure type. We provide individual recommendations based on surgical complexity and healing expectations.
Yes, Inland Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons provides follow-up appointments to monitor healing, address concerns, and ensure proper recovery after surgical treatment.
